- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from our Norton, MA facility.
- Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing; expedited options may be available at checkout in a live environment.

- Defects covered under our 2-year weather warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost; this warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear such as fading from sun exposure.
- Outdoor shower fixtures should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local plumbing codes; we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.
